He has asked his players to understand training materials well so they can get an opportunity to play. Coach Dennis thinks, as the Program is approaching its end, the players must be able to quickly adjust to the coach's directions. "If there are players who are not able to absorb the material well, then those players will not get regular playing time. They have to work hard until they can do what the coaching team want. Not long ago we did an 11 against 11 simulation, and at that simulation we could see which players can absorb the coach’s directions well and which players are difficult to understand the coach’s directions,"said Coach Dennis.
"There are some players who do just the opposite of what they have been asked to do. This has to be fixed. We don't want to keep giving directions to players who are left behind because they have to realize that we don't have much time. They have to work hard until they can do what is required and what the coaching team want them to do, " added Coach Dennis.
#GarudaSelect still has a few matches to play. The opponents that will be faced are also more difficult. That is why Coach Dennis will not hesitate to reserve players who are deemed not meeting the expectations of the coaching team.
"With not too much time left, the coaching team will only select players who have the spirit to compete. The reason is when we play against teams of different levels of play, we don't want one player to lose focus. They must be well aware that individual mistakes can cost team play, "said Coach Dennis.
