Positive Results of Physical Training for #GarudaSelect Players

After approximately two weeks of undergoing the physical training program, the players themselves are now starting to feel positive changes.

During the lockdown situation in England, the #GarudaSelect players undergo a quite hard physical training to increase their physical strength. After approximately two weeks of undergoing the physical training program, the players themselves are now starting to feel positive changes.


"I feel more endurance. I feel more muscle mass. When I exercise with high intensity, now I don't easily get tired," said #GarudaSelect attacker, Hokky Caraka.


Like Hokky, Daniel Naa also feels the same thing. According to him, if endurance is no longer a problem, training will be more enjoyable and the players can more easily absorb the training materials from the trainer.


"In terms of training, I am starting to feel good, not like when we first came here. Now we can more easily apply what the coach asks for because our physical condition is much better." said Daniel.


Meanwhile, according to Edgard Amping, the physical training they undergo does have an influence in terms of fitness and physical strength. However, all of this must be proven in actual match.


"The physical training that we did yesterday has a good objective. Later, we can be stronger when we fight against English players who have a bigger posture and stronger endurance,” said Edgar.
