"Six months with #GarudaSelect I feel more mature both on and off the pitch. Living in England for six months is my first experience away from my family and it made me learn how to live independently without the help of my parents. My mentality is getting more and more mature and in my opinion this will be useful for my career as a professional player, "said Elia.
"Meanwhile on the pitch, I was mentally developed because I faced tough opponents. Facing Manchester City was a very valuable experience because they are a team of one the best academies in the world. I learned a lot from their players who showed maturity to compete despite their young age, " added Elia.
