#GarudaSelect Get Back to Normal Training

This assurance was conveyed directly by Ellie Hargreaves as the team physiotherapist who is also as #GarudaSelect Covid Officer.

The British government has begun to ease restrictions on sports and outdoor activities as a step towards normal condition. This policy certainly has a positive impact on #GarudaSelect activities, which have started to train again together in a full team, not in small groups like they did during the lockdown.

This assurance was conveyed directly by Ellie Hargreaves as the team physiotherapist who is also as #GarudaSelect Covid Officer. As open training is now allowed, the #GarudaSelect team's chance to return to competitive match is getting more imminent.

"Since March 29, grassroots teams have been allowed to train and compete again. #GarudaSelect team can also play in a competitive match again. Regarding the match, we are still waiting for the confirmation and schedule of the match and hope that people will also be able to directly watch the #GarudaSelect match. "said Ellie.

"Regarding the training, the players are now allowed to practice in a full team. So, if previously they were divided into several bubbles, now they can practice in one team together again. Thus, in their training, now it is possible to have many 11 vs 11 simulations. "

Even though they have started to be able to move more freely than before, some places such as fitness centers are still unable to operate normally. This means that the physical coach still have to carry out several separate training programs for players.

"So far, the only thing that is still limited in the gym because it can't be used. It is likely that it will continue like this until April 12. It means for the time being the players will continue to undergo a special program with Coach Jake," said Ellie.

The #GarudaSelect coaching team continue to provide players with a comprehensive training program in the form of intensive physical training materials and tactical understanding. They try their best to prepare the players to be ready when the match can be held again.
