The Garuda Select squad has been training in England for a month. The players feel the difference in training methods in England and in Indonesia.

"Here the training is tighter and mistakes must be minimized. The physical condition of the players is also getting more attention, so that the players can play tirelessly until the final whistle," said Roki.

"The difference is very pronounced, especially in the intensity of training. In England, the training is much more intense and harder. In addition, they give great attention about the food for players because menus for athletes must be nutritious. In the UK discipline is number one, both on and off the field," said Dustin Pratama Bramantio.

Meanwhile, Ibnul Mubarak said that in Indonesia he did not practice every day. This is different from the Garuda Select Program where the training is very intense.

"I have to work hard and must be responsible to follow the training methods given by the coach. It is very different, in Indonesia with SSB I trained three times a week, while at GarudaSelect twice a day," said Ibnul Mubarak.

"Based on my experience here, in England, the training is focused on developing the potential of each player. So far I have learned a lot from how to become a strong striker and how to have a vision for playing and finishing well," said Wahyu Agung Drajat.

"The coaching team here is thoroughly giving attention to details. When we make mistakes, the coach immediately corrects them and the players must repeat correctly. I feel a lot of development, especially from a physical and technical perspective. I also have a better understanding about the role of a defensive midfielder," explained Noval Junior Iskandar.
