Development of Abilities of Hokky, Rendy, and Elia

According to the assessment of # GarudaSelect Sports Director Dennis Wise, the fastest improvement has been shown by Hokky Caraka, Rendy Sanjaya, and Elia Di Giuliomaria.

After undergoing an intensive training program in the UK for approximately three months, the abilities of the #Garudaselect players have continued to develop well. According to the assessment of # GarudaSelect Sports Director Dennis Wise, the fastest improvement has been shown by Hokky Caraka, Rendy Sanjaya, and Elia Di Giuliomaria.

Playing as a striker, Hokky does have a pretty good finishing ability. However, now he is also able to help improve the play of overall team.

"I can say that Hokky is now a better player. His movement and ball control has improved a lot. Hokky has been working hard to improve his skills," said Coach Dennis. "He is also able to work well with Lorenzo (Berra) up front and is constantly trying to improve the cooperation between them. In addition, he has good finishes. So, obviously Hokky is one of the players who has developed the most."

Rendy is another name mentioned by Coach Dennis. According to him, the movement of the midfielder who was born in Bajra, Bali on April 11, 2004 is now much more effective.

"Rendy has balance and ability to deliver accurate passes. Although not all of them were successful, but I believe his understanding of the game is quite good. This is important for him. Previously, Rendy looked confused and often lost positions, but now he understands more about what is needed from him. Rendy also has speed, "Coach Dennis explained. "However, he still has to better understand when the time is right to move forward and when to defend. Also, he needs to be able to make better passes."

Apart from Rendy, the development of Elia as a midfielder also receives special attention from Coach Dennis. Especially after the players who joined the Como Junior Team 1907 has been asked to learn and take a more attacking role.

"We are trying to play Elia in a more attacking position. He has worked very hard and is able to carry out the role very well. He is very strong, can read the game, and often gives good passes. He just needs to improve his intuition in making decision," Coach Dennis explained.
